My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The staff truly went above and beyond, especially when I needed assistance during a minor health issue. The dining experience, particularly at the Ocakbasi restaurant, was fantastic—those kebabs were to die for! The breakfast spread had a great variety, and I loved the made-to-order omelets. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. However, I found the Wi-Fi a bit spotty at times, and I wish the indoor pool could have offered more in terms of relaxation areas.
